面包碗里の汤~

你有喝过用 "面包碗" 装汤喝吗? 而且也可以把柄" 碗" 吃掉哦~~ 现在在MPH 书店里 expresSOUP 就可以吃到了~

expresSOUP 的老板是一位很喜欢去Startbucks喝咖啡, 因此激发他有新的概念就是沿着Startbucks的模式把 "咖啡换成汤" "咖啡机换成汤煲" 糕点换成三文治和意大利面.....

expresSOUP 每天都会有五种不同口味的汤~例如: 玉米, 磨姑, 南瓜, 橄菜花, 意大利菜.....wah@华试了磨姑汤~口味蛮不错哦~~

Shape Run 2010~ Who want Join?

Shape & Men's Health Night Run 2010 is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans, foreigners with Malaysian Permanent Residence status, and expatriates with a Malaysian work permit, aged 18 and over as of 31 December 2010.

All prize winners must produce their identity card or passport together with their work permit for verification purposes before claiming their prizes.

The closing date is 2pm on Saturday 10th July 2010 or upon reaching a combine total of 5000 participants.

The race kit delivery fee is RM 10 while the online registration fee is RM 4.
Race kit distribution details.

Date : 28th, 29th & 30th July 2010
Time : 10.00am to 6.00pm
Venue : Level 2, Multi Purpose Hall,Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat, 50150 Kuala Lumpur.

Please be advised that the sizes of the t-shirt or running vest is limited. Therefore it will be distributed on "first come, first serve" basis.

There will be NO distribution on the race day.

Please take note that all the uncollected race kits will become the property of the organiser upon closure of the distribution hall on the 10th July 2010.
